This policy is only applicable for Health Cart Online Delivery.
Return/ refund of products can be arranged under the following reasons:
if any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
if the product is short expiry (less than 6 months) or expired; or
if the product is different from the Order is delivered
Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and Customer wishes for return and refund, please notify Customer Service by email healthcart@harmonygroup.com.my to report on the products within seven (7) days of receiving the goods.
We will contact the Customer within seven (7) days after receipt of the completed form online to direct the Customer of the procedures in respect of the return of Products and refund. The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action. In the event the Customer does not receive any reply from us after the aforesaid period, please contact us at our Health Cart Customer Service at 016-267 3716 for enquiries.
Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase to the below address: Harmony Group Sdn Bhd
1-G-8, Skyview Piazza, Lintang Penawar 3, 11600 Jelutong, Pulau Pinang.
Upon confirmation of the Return/Refund, customer is required to send back the product using the consignment note provided by our Customer Service.
Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it is delivered to Health Cart. Health Cart will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product prior to the product received by us. Customer is advised to pack safely the product to prevent any loss or damage to the products or its original packaging.
The return of a product by a customer does not automatically warrant for a refund. The returned product will be inspected and if the following conditions mentioned in Clause 2 of this return and refund policy is fulfilled, we will refund and reimburse the customer of its courier chargers for returning of the product to us provided that the courier payment slip is furnished to us upon seeking refund.
All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 30 working days and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund. Health Cart shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.
